1) Added support for the SpaceExplorer
2) Refactored texts containing 'SpaceNavigator' to 'SpaceDevice', since 'SpaceNavigator' is somewhat misleading by now
3) Added basic support for the SpacePilot Pro. I don't have the device, and therefore I don't know
   the number of buttons on the device. So I have given it the same number as the non-pro version.
   Updated the driver inf I got from Omni, so that it now supports the Space Pilot Pro.
   Don't know if the driver itself needs updating too. If so, it remains to be done.
4) Removed support for MX1000 device.
5) Changed the manifest file, so that the exe will only run in administrator mode, since it's the only mode it
   will work on Windows Vista and Windows 7 - as far as I can tell. If you disagree, then say so, and I will revert the change.
6) Upgraded Visual Studio solution file is upgraded to VS 2010.
